Your Hot Sauce Company Recipes
Chili Verde
2 lbs. boneless pork, cut into 1 to 2 inch cubes
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp shortening
2 cloves of chopped garlic
2 cans (20oz.) of peeled tomatoes, break up with hands
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans (7oz.) diced chilies
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp cilantro
1/2 tsp cumin
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 cups chicken broth
1, 5oz. bottle of Dino-Sauce (JalapeƱo hot sauce)
Coat pork cubes in flour and brown in hot shortening.
Add Onions while meat is browning.
When meat is brown, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Pineapple Salsa
1 Fresh Pineapple chopped fine
1 Red Onion chopped fine
Juice of 1 Lime
1/2 cup Cilantro chopped fine
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tbsp Chipotle Powder
Mix all together, Chill & Serve
This Salsa is even better the next day!!
Sun Poison Chili
2 1/2 lbs. Lean Ground Chuck
1 lb tube of Ground Breakfast Sausage
1 large onion, chopped
4 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1 bottle of you favorite beer (we use Bud)
2 cans kidney beans
2 cans (20oz.) of stewed tomatoes
4 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
1/2 bottle of Sun Poison Hot Sauce (to taste)
2 1/2 tbsp Ground Cumin
2 tbsp beef instant bouillon
1 tbsp oregano
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa
1/2 tsp Coriander
Cook meat and then add everything else.
The longer it simmers the better the taste!
Easy as that!!
